- Amazon is now offering customers an additional resolution option to receive a replacement item at no extra cost.
- Customers will continue to receive prepaid return labels for their items, regardless of whether they are requesting a replacement or refund.
- The customer has seven days to return the original item. After a replacement request is confirmed, Amazon will notify you to send a replacement.
- For items that are eligible for returnless refunds, customers will have the option of a returnless replacement.
- To protect you from bad returns, you will be able to file reimbursements through the SAFE-T claim process in cases where the condition of the original product is used, damaged, or materially different from what was sent to the customer.

“Amazon Responds to Questions on June FBA Fee Increase” (Source: eCommerceBytes)
- Amazon is increasing seller fulfillment fees effective June 1, but sellers had some questions about the changes.
- In an announcement board post, Amazon responded to some of those questions with the answers below:
- 1) Amazon is not raising FBA storage fees with the June 1st rate change.
- 2) Amazon will eliminate packaging weight adjustment to rate card calculations.
